Refund Policy
Fourteen days, no argument. And you can try the thing for free before you spend anything at all.
Refund Policy
Try it before you buy it
Every one of our tools can be downloaded and run without paying. MikeGration Sanitizer scans as many shares as you like, free and unlimited, and shows you exactly what it would fix. We would much rather you found out the tool suits you before paying than ask for your money back afterwards.
The 14-day refund
If you buy a license and it is not right for you, email us within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.
How to request one
Email info@SRQComputerServices.com with the email address you bought with, and your order or transaction reference from the receipt. That is all we need.
We will confirm within two business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and typically appears within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Any sales tax or VAT you were charged is refunded with it.
You may also contact Paddle directly, since they are the merchant of record and the seller shown on your invoice.
What happens to the license
A refunded license is deactivated. Once a refund is issued, the license key stops working: it will not activate on a new computer, and existing activations will stop when they next check in. Please uninstall the software, or carry on using it in free mode, which stays available.
Anything the software already did to your files is unaffected by a refund. Your renames, your reports and your undo journal are yours and stay on your machine.
After 14 days
We are not obliged to refund after fourteen days. That said, if the software is genuinely broken for you and we cannot fix it, tell us what is happening — we would rather sort it out than have an unhappy customer, and we will treat those cases on their merits.
When we may decline
We may decline a refund where a license has been shared publicly, where activation has been tampered with or circumvented, or where there is clear evidence of repeated buy-and-refund abuse. These are rare and we will explain our reasoning if it ever applies to you.
Volume and custom orders
Custom and volume agreements may carry their own terms, which we will set out in writing before you buy. Where they differ from this page, the written agreement takes precedence.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your own country, and does not limit them.
